Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the Thespian Arts Academy website, located at www.thespianartsacademy.com (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or Services.

Your continued use of the Website or Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Use of Website

You may use the Website and Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website or Services:

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website or Services, or which, as determined by Thespian Arts Academy, may harm Thespian Arts Academy or users of the Website or Services or expose them to liability.
• To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website or Services, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website.
• To attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website and Services for any reason, including, without limitation, any violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Thespian Arts Academy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

These Terms permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

You must not:

You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Thespian Arts Academy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Thespian Arts Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

The maximum liability of Thespian Arts Academy to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
